Training

I have a M.A. in Clinical Somatic Psychology which has trained me to have a global depth of all the various Somatic Modalities and humanistic psychotherapeutic approaches.  I work with all the available training and knowledge to meet you where you are at.  I am trained in Orgone Therapy, which is the original therapy Wilhelm Reich created out of his understanding that emotional and mental disorders are deeply woven into the body.  This therapy works with helping to bring the breath in to a deep relaxed rhythmic freedom.  Although this is my foundation I work in a unique and cross-pollinated way, blending many approaches, in the present dynamic moment, meeting you with intuitive presence.  Ultimately my approach comes from the last seventeen years of healing, study, personal therapy, innovation, growth, and being deeply in touch with my own humanity.  Here is a list of some of the foundational approaches I call upon.
