Integrity:

n. The quality or condition of being whole or undivided; completeness.

Somatic Psychology:

is an interdisciplinary field involving the study of the body, somatic experience, and the embodied self, including therapeutic and holistic approaches to body. The word somatic comes from the ancient Greek somat (living body). The word psychology comes from  the ancient Greek psyche (breath, soul hence mind) and logia (study)

Somatic Integrity:

is an innovative approach to body-mind awareness and our relationship to biological and environmental dynamics  applied to counseling, psychotherapy, and education.

Somatic Integrity stands on a robust foundation of interdisciplinary research:  Somatic Psychology and Education, Psychophysiology, Neuroscience, Attachment theory, Trauma work, Experiential education, and more.  This unique approach comes from years of training, travel, study, and experience.    Somatic Integrity is a complete body of work that is both educational and therapeutic, as well as practical, theoretical, and experiential. Because we all have a diverse range of needs, situations, and experiences, I work along a continuum that freely moves between education and psychotherapy.
